Meet Our School Masters Horses And Ponys
Our School Masters are the trusty pals we count on for all our events and packages!
Say hello to Rocky, our awesome 25-year-old black Arabian. He’s a total favorite among the kids and his owner, Cherie. Rocky used to be a champion show horse, and he’s got the sweetest personality. Fun fact: he even made a couple of appearances on the Martha Stewart Show!
Then there’s Belle, our gorgeous black and white paint mare. She’s great with riders of all skill levels, making her a top pick for anyone who likes to take it easy.
Meet Renegade, our easygoing paint horse superstar who's a favorite with beginners and kids alike thanks to his gentle, patient nature. When he's not showing off in the ring, you'll find him happily soaking up scratches and treats from anyone who'll give them!
Next up is Thunder, our lively 7-year-old Paso Fino. He’s perfect for both teens and adults, and his unique gait makes for a super smooth ride, whether you’re just out for a quick spin or a longer adventure. Unlike most horses that stick to the usual walk, trot, and canter, Paso Finos have a whole bunch of cool gaits: the Fino, corto, largo, and canter!
Sunni, a retired show horse and lesson horse, is being spoiled by our barn manager. With her graceful neck and fancy trot, she’s just right for folks learning to post!
Indy is our pony she is from the Naples therapeutic center here at Rustic Reins on a lease to see if she will be a good fit for our program. And so far, 'Yes Yes Yes" all boxes are checked off for little Indy the kids love her and loves the kids, we believe the future is bright for Indy here at the farm.

Horses in training
Meet the Herd
Poe – A stunning 4-year-old Arabian still in training, Poe is owned by our barn manager and is developing into a truly special horse.
Pixie – A former champion show horse and Colombian Paso Fino, Pixie's smooth gait and refined training make her suited only for very advanced riders, though these days she's mostly enjoyed by the barn owners on relaxed trail rides.
Rebel – A wild-caught mustang, Rebel came to Rustic Reins in need of a better life and found a safe, loving home with us, where she now gets to simply be a horse.
Coco – Our resident baby, Coco is a spunky paint filly born right here on the property to Rebel, and she's already stealing hearts around the barn.
Meet the schooling pony squad
Dandy – Our sweet, do-it-all pony! Dandy loves kids, loves to please, and especially loves getting groomed. A wonderful all-around partner for lessons.
Chloe – Lovable and easy to ride, Chloe is a favorite for riders looking for a gentle, willing mount.
Holly – The proud mama of our resident pony Chanel. Holly is happiest with a treat in hand and enjoys nothing more than a relaxing walk around the farm.
Our pony residents
Chanel – Holly's baby girl, still in training. Chanel loves splashing around in the pond and never turns down a treat.
Mario – Our little man! Too small to ride, but he makes up for it in personality — he loves being fed, running around, and making a scene wherever he goes.
"Our family loves coming to this beautiful, peaceful ranch! The animals are calm and friendly and the people are too!
